N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I don't understand why this is under VC13 it says south Hants. Also since there is no Bere Forest near Rowlands Castle and there is no date is it a valid record a tall?

Marshall is not a person likely to make many mistakes on his labels. Rowlands Castle shows up on the H@H gazetteer as 'VC11, VC13' it's actually on the border of the two, just in 11. He is also right about Bere Forest, which 'is one of the remaining parts of the Royal forest of Bere, this covered an area stretching from the River Test at King's Somborne in the west through Hursley, Eastleigh, Bishop's Waltham and Denmead to Rowland's Castle in the east' [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forest_of_Bere ]

Thanks for that info, I couldn't find it on any maps, good to know. However it still clearly states on the sheet South Hants.
