Bedfordshire Natural History Society have a site called 'Grab a Grid Reference' which shows two frames. One frame has a Google map, the other the corresponding area on an OS map. Zooming or repositioning one map can reflected in the other. Searchable by grid reference, post code, or place name, the site can output grid references from 10km down to 10m squares, eastings/northings, and lat/longitude.

It is possible to toggle VC boundaries. Handy for finding or checking 10km grid references!
