Cannot locate 'Fair View Garden' Llanbadaris. As this specimen is 'from seed received' is it the home of JH Salter? Or, as the handwriting looks like that of Helsby, is it a transcription error of Helsby, for (e.g.) Llanberis?

There was a J H Salter who was a lecturer, and later Professor Botany - at Univ College Aberystwyth , Flora of Cardiganshire

Thanks! I have now located Llanbadarn Fawr at OS SN598808, and with a short street called Fairview, about 2km east of Aberystwyth.
