The specimens 4 and 5 are collected by Joseph Woods [1776 - 1864] who has several sheets from 1828 including one from Bodmin in August which is very near Logan Rock/Rough Tor. [I did a search for specimens by him in that year].

I don't think you need to document identical specimens on the same sheet separately, though.
