Is the locality correct? (there are multiple 'Garn Wen', and label species Monmouthshire (VC35) but also has 41 at the top right)

On close inspection it turmed out that all J D Evans' sheets are dated 1959. Therefore, I believe this sheet is also from 1959. All his sheets were collected at the Garn Wen, just north of Pontypool in Monmouthshire
