This is a collection by Joseph Woods who had an idiosynchratic way of writing the date. Here 53713 is 13/7/1853 - i.e. he writes it backwards!
The specimen was collected at Lewes where he lived. See links on H@H and http://www.meiosis.org.uk/botanists/woods-joseph-fas-fls-fgs-1776-1864/
