I would suggest West Suffolk as Townsend collected in Mildenhall and Eriswell (a small village just N of Mildenhall) that month. If you click on the green entry for 'Mr Frederick Townsend' in the specimen page it takes you to his collector page. Set the dates to: 01/06/1846 to 30/06/1846 and click 'search' to get a list of his specimens that month.
