N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

- 'Preston' probably refers to the area around Peston Farm, just south of Ryde at SZ5991. The specimens from Wootton Creek have floral characters suggestive of Centaurium tenuiflorum (crowded terminal infl' and narrowly divaricate branching) known from King's Quay and the river Medina to the west of Wootton. The Preston plants are almost certainly Centaurium erythraea, littorale has never been found in vc10.
