Yes, Thompson should go in as an ex herb entry as you have done. In addition there is also a Watson Botanical Exchange Club stamp - which (slightly stretching definitions) I would also add as another ex herb entry. It can be useful to have the exchange club noted as it may in future be possible to link the specimen with a published record.
