I'm not sure about the collector but the oval stamp of which only the edge is visible may be 'Mounted by J. Pratt' (e.g. specimen 316538 :

The 'mounted by' labels are an exceptional case where the data need not be recorded. The mounting work by Pratt et al. was all done at the SLBI so recording it doesn't add additional information that could help trace records. The majority of remounted SLBI sheets have such a stamp (or equivalent penciled initials) on the back.
