The system only copes with vice-counties as region names (therefore 'Channel Islands' rather than each island separately).

Don Bridge as a place name wasn't in the system as a verified name, I've added it as an accepted name now.

(note that herb@home doesn't appear to be correctly coping with Channel Island grid refs - the centroid WV58454965 is associated with the place name, but is being mangled to SV58454965 - I need to update the software to accomodate CI refs).
