I came across this sheet while looking at late examples from AOH. Site: There is a St Joseph's College, Beulah Hill, Upper Norwood (OS TQ316707). And there appears to be a reference to Collector: Brother Julian Peter, and per WHG. I think it says Up. Norwood not Cult. Norwood. And definitely flowering.
