N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

This specimen has been digitised as Ribes spicatum though the original label says Ribes rubrum. Has it been redetermined as R. spicatum (in which case it is new to Hampshire)? If redetermined I would have expected the sheet to be annotated.

The specimen names are assigned based on the taxon folder the sheets are filed in in the source herbarium - which in many cases implies close curatorial scrutiny but is not always reliable.

If an explicit redetermination had been made online then that would have been recorded.

This sheet appears to have been (mis-)filed as R. spicatum - if, as seems likely, that is not correct then please feel free to change it back to rubrum
