F H DAVEY ALSO COLLECTED ERICA X WATSONII FROM CARNON CROFT IN 1911. ON THE OS 1880 MAP IN AREA WEST OF CARNON DOWNS NEAR CROFT FARM THERE ARE REMNANTS OF ROUGH GROUND AFTER ENCLOSURE MAPPED, AND PROBABLY REFERS TO HUME'S SITE BEFORE HEATHLAND DESTROYED.
