N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

this is still listed under old name, it has bee id'd by McCosh as H trichocaulon

It's probably best to leave the most recent accepted name as preferred (trichocaulon). The folder name is tracked separately - so the specimen can still be refound even though it is still filed as tridentatum.

The herb@home taxonomy is a mess - I hope to at least bring it up to Stace 3 equivalence soon - by merging with the taxon list from the DDb, which is now nearly up-to-date.

I thought that, which is why I mentioned it because the preferred for this is H tridentatum. would you like me to edit it?

Sorry. Yes - I misread the current state of the sheet.
