N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Sell & Murrel's 'Flora of Great Britain....', Vol.5 p.251 says Hieracium calcaricola "includes most of the narrow-leaved plants which were included in British H. tridentatum. True H. tridentatum... does not seem to occur in our area." So really the specimen needs expert re-determination.

I should think David's redet. to section level is as close as could be done from the photo.

The bsbi database has three other records of section Tridentata hieracia from Sutton Common (all also collected by Palmer in the 1890's) (search results, DDb access required)

Two are determined as Hieracium trichocaulon by P.D.Sell and C.West, the other as H. calcaricola by D.J.McCosh.
