N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

The label has an oddly formatted date '47821' characteristic of Joseph Woods' specimens (which are usually ex herb Townsend).

Woods wrote dates in a reversed form without punctuation, so that 47821 => 21st Aug 1847.

Given that collector-date combination I suspect it's more likely to be Fishbourne, West Sussex than IoW, as there are Sussex collections by Woods the previous day, but it would be hard to be certain until more specimens turn up.
