N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Second specimen has collector ...Martin and 'Yorkshire' which suggests this is not William Martin (collected in Scotland) or Rev William Keble Martin (collected in Devon).

I've cropped a sample of Keble Martin's handwriting and I would say it's definitely not him but can't otherwise help. Could it be a F[athe]r Martin, I wonder?

Could that suggest Ampleforth School?

This could be the same collector as 'Marten' on sheet 352374! VC62 North-east Yorkshire, and 1917.

It might be a W at the front end of the name, which might add weight to the thought of it being William Martin, Scottish botanist - who published the occasional paper in Science Gossip.

Is it that William Martin's sheets all appear to come from Perthshire because we only have examples (until now) from Perth Museum and Art Gallery, or are all his sheets in Perth Museum and Art Gallery because he only collected in Perthshire? Alas none of these sheets has an image!
