I have put date as 4/8/1935 because of the handwriting style, but this could be wrong if the label is a transcription. No help from name of collector - illegible.

There's also a stamp at the bottom 'Com. H S Redgrove, Ireland 1935'

Thanks. Having looked at other examples of Herbert Stanley Redgrove's signature I think that this is a very compressed version and have edited accordingly.
