The 'date' appears to be one of the usual serial numbers of Townsend's sheets. I read the 'signature' at bottom right as 'Isle of Wight'. No other info on sheet.

Thanks, Nick.

I just wondered whether you recognised the hand as Hamburgh's as you seemed to be interested in this collector. It is really too early for Townsend.
