N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

I've seen 'Urrisbeg near Roundstone' (W Galway) on another sheet. Roundstone is L74 so all looks OK

I think we are all talking about basically the same place! Smile

Charles Babington mentioned Urrisbeg mountain when he visited Craigha Moira (1835) near Roundstone and described Erica mackaii (mackaiana). MAGAZINE OF NATURAL HISTORY 1836 p. 126. Now written Errisbeg the mountian rises to 300m above a boggy landscape. The peak is 3km west of Roundstone village, which is on the coast.
Gridrefs are:
Roundstone village: L74
Errisbeg peak: L64
Errisbeg community along R341: L73
