I think the signature reads J H Teall.

The T is formed with one unbroken line, a kink indicating the beginning of the flat crossbar.

The P in Primulaceae (at top of the label) is made with two separately formed components. Such a formation of P can also be seen in e.g. Rev A Ley's handwriting.

Could this collector have been Jethro Harris Teall of Dulwich?

If one looks a the variations of what volunteers (including me) have made of the many illegible initials on the Dulwich sheets; it really would be great to get to the bottom of it.
This looks promising. Many thanks.
