William (or Wm) Burke - in the database finds three sheets, Isle of Man, Wicklow, and Clifton (Glos); all have labels with slanted writing and dates of early 1800s, and with Burke's name added in a later hand. Derry fits with Ireland but looked at another way it could read Decoy!
