N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Site decribed only as "town crags by the Roman wall". Which town? Berwick?

As the label has North'd with the d as a superscript I wonder if the collector here may be Nathaniel John Winch, who abbreviated county names but rarely added his own. In which case, as you say, Berwick (North Northumberland) seems likely.

The label says "On Walltown Crags by the Roman wall Northd."

Walltown (on the Wall near Haltwhistle) NY6766 is a well known locality for Chives, viz. "On rocks along the basaltic dyke in Northumberland, by way of Walltown, Craig Lake, Kirkwhelpington and Bavington to Spindlestone" English Botany 3rd ed (1873).
