What should we do please when we find an error in a sheet that has the note "Editing of this specimen has been locked"?

e.g. 322269

This has collector Dr Frederick Arnold Lees not in his handwriting but that of Beeby. There is an ex herb. Beeby stamp at the top of the page which has been missed. I wanted to add Beeby as ex herb.
