I consider this a very unsatisfactory plant, which may turn out to be an abnormal form of some better known bramble.--T. R. A. Briggs. Linton Wood, Hereford, 3rd August, 1887.--Augustin Ley. So named by Professor Babington. New County record for Hereford.
