Biography
Born 14 November 1845, 7th child of Emma Gilliat and John Jones, whose 5th child was Frank Kirton Jones.
1890 living at Gatwick House, Horley, Surrey in the company of his brother Frank.
1891 until his death was a tenant of Kelvedon Hall, Essex (owned by Sir Henry J. Lawson). After his death his widow bought the hall. After her death it was sold again in 1932.
Died 3rd May 1916 Brentwood Essex.
Monumental inscription at St Nicholas, Kelvedon Hatch.
