Although this is listed under Collectors, it actually stands for "Information Retrieval Group of the Museums Association". Record cards designed by the group were used in Liverpool Museum in the late 1970s and early 80s to collect specimen data. Sheets were stamped "IRGMA" to show that a record card had been completed.
