Hi again Dawn
Looking at Google Earth there is a Driffield near Cirencester East Gloucestershire VC 33, grid NU 067541 altitude 99m so the collector is correct, also the accession number from the top left hand corner is 1410 plus the specimen has mature flowers.
I have not changed the sheet but left it to you.
