Hi
J W H would be John William Haines, but I do not think he was the collector in this case W B Walter Butt aka W Butt, was almost certainly the collector in both case's.
The date on the second specimen is 10/5/1902 and it is Lords Wood Tutshill,
again I have not altered the sheet other then moved the determiner Mrs Eliza Standerwick Gregory to it's rightful place found by clicking on the three dots to the right of the taxon name.
