I've found 'Chorlton Moss' (there were some references to it on google)

This is a very early record of the railway as a plant habitat. The line formed part of the Grand Junction Railway; designed by George Stephenson and running from Birmingham to Crewe, Warrington and beyond, it was the first trunk railway to be completed in England and opened for business on 4 July 1837.
