If I put St Brody into the collector search I just get two records. If I cut and paste the same search term into specimen search I get the expected 273 sheets! What is happening, please?!

Also, I can only access his details from the Input sheet - and not from the collector search

The name parser isn't correctly coping with the 'St' - giving unpredictable results depending on the implicit wildcards that the system adds to try to match names.

I've tweaked things a bit, but it's still not working properly. Currently, to reliably get St Brody put the name in quotes, i.e. "St Brody" or search for brody - which also seems to work. I'll try to get things working more sensibly.
