The initials look like HFK to me suggesting Rev. Frederick Hugh Woodhams Kerr, however initials already ascribed to him from http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/310685/ look significantly different. Anyone come across any other Kerr script from anywhere else (Only 1 specimen, 685, so far) for comparison or can reinterpret this or the 685 initials as something else?

Yep.... as is now blindingly obvious, only seen it about 20 times! Thanks amended.
