Not certain if collector is "WB" (walter Butt) or "WS" (W Shoobread?)or ?? Likewise can't make out where - as the Glou Collection guess should be in or near the county...?? Any ideas?

The pencilled notes in the top right hand corner say
"Monksmeadow (Gloster Docks) W[est] G[loucester] Sept 1910".

Thanks, would never have got Monk's Meadow from those squiggles! Amended.
