N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Not sure how but guess this specimen should be linked to the sheets 13095 & 6 referred to, if noticed by anyone when documenting them.

A partial solution may be to tag the sheets with the 'Hume collection number'. To do so click on the luggage-lable icon (top-right of the form) which adds an additional 'tag' field to the sheet.

The tag name to use in this case is 'Hume collection number'.

I plan to make it possible to search for sheets by tag, so as long as both sheets get tagged it should be possible to match them.

In general it's probably not noting the Hume numbers - I started to do so with the sheets I documented, but having talked to people at the SLBI it appears that in general this is not worthwhile. Presumably Hume must once have had a catalogue of the collection - which would make the numbers meaningful - but this has been lost.
