There aren't any other de Vesian collections from Middlesex, so at the moment R H C = Chelsea seems a bit speculative to me. |

Isn't "RHC, grounds" likely to refer to some feature of the Ladies' College, Cheltenham, where Miss de Vesian spent her professional life? Unfortunately, Flora of Gloucestershire sheds no light on the subject. |
