Request for feedback: VCCC cross-referencing

Based on cross-referencing herb@home records with the Vice-County census catalogue, I've start displaying warning messages on records.

I'd appreciate feedback on how useful/reliable/misleading such notices are.

I could start displaying similar warnings on the documentation form - would this be useful. Would it be off-putting or confusing to non-expert users?
