I read it as 'flu[itans?] but not typical; Ponds Bering field' I couldn't find any place called 'Beringfield', but there are Bering Square and Bering Walk near the river Thames in East London, the latter adjacent to a park.

Surely Bedingfield, vc 25 ?

Certainly looks like Bedingfield, & I've edited in with query - though at present there are no East Anglian H@H specimens of Townsend at this time
