I think it is Istria, Croatia and have edited it in but can't do the 'Promo' word!

Could 'Pruhler' on the label be a mistranscription of (Thomas) Pichler, 1828-1903? There is a 'J Pichler' in the pick-list but the 'J' may be a misreading of 'T'. There are numerous Pichler specimens in various herbaria from what is now Croatia , and the Herbarium Göttingen, referring to Pichler, quotes "Plantae Croatiae litoralis, Istriae etc."
