"Dover Kent" looks convincing, in which case "River" (note capital letter) - however you interpret the handwriting - would have to be a place-name. Any ideas? D

I just typed in River - having set the VC to Kent, and there is a place called River (which is just before you 'run' into Dover per se)!!
