R St must be the species name, not a river. Although Dorrington at SJ475029 (Shropshire) has a 'Park Terrace' possibly recalling a Park, and Dorrington at SJ730408 (Shropshire) is near the River Tern on the Staffs border, neither is remotely on the 'Worcestershire side of the water', and I can find no Dorington or Dovington. So I had no luck ....

Dorsington Warwickshire at SP132496 on the Worcs border is more of a possibility & has some park-like map features; my clue was the pencil reference to Alveston which is just the other side of Stratford-upon-Avon
