This sounds an unusually high and dry site for the sp. There are a lot of leaves on the stem and branches.

(It's possible to add the altitude directly to the locality details, rather than the notes field. To do this click on the '...' button next to the grid-ref field to expand the range of fields shown. - there's no problem with the way you've been recording altitude in the notes field, but in the future it may be easier to use the data if as much info as possible goes into the structured fields).
