Lousley lived at Streatham until his death so it's likely he grew the plant on there. I think 'ex McClintock' = collected by him as McClintock was an authority on the flora of the Channel Isles and wrote The Wild Flowers of Guernsey. There are a couple of his sheets from C.I. on H@H.
