You are mainly correct. Both specimens are ex herb A O Hume in addition. The left-hand label is not Suffolk or Parker; it is 'Mr Borrer's Garden' - a familiar site but where? and the style indicates collected Joseph Woods 11/7/1846. Hume often had more than 1 completely different collection on the same sheet.

Borrer's Garden was at Barrow Hill, Henfield. His gardener, Charles Green, was able to compile a list of some 6,000 species growing at Barrow Hill (circa 1860).

I wonder if the 'Parker' referred to on this sheet (reference to Ringshall) - is C E Parker - member of the Botanical Society as listed in 1843, who lived at Ringshall - see image below :

It's intriguing that Parker isn't mentioned in Hind's Flora of Suffolk 1889, though Babington is, next name on the list.

Though I believe that there is reference to material from a "Mrs Parker".
