Click on the small green + sign underneath the image and you will get another form, on which you can add the details of the second specimen.
Click the plus sign to add multiple / additional sheets as required

Thanks for your reply. I didn't explain it enough.

I had already seen the buttons to add new localities and dates. My doubt arises because the input form does not show a clear correspondence between them.

Check this example. 3 different labels in the sheet:

Label: Locality A, illegible Date 1
Label: Locality B, Date 2
Label: illegible Locality C, Date 3

OK, so I must add several localities and several dates. Common sense makes me think that the first introduced date corresponds to the first locality, and so on. Is this correct?

But in this case there not all of them are legible, so I can only introduce 2 localities and 2 dates. So the system could interpretate this:
Loc. A - Date 2
Loc. B - Date 3

How does the system know which locality corresponds to each date?
Perhaps should I add a "blank" date for locality A, and a "blank" locality B?

Does it you add a new form for each specimen on the sheet, hence my original suggestion about using the [+ ]sign below the photo. Each specimen will now be in the database, and associated with the image.

Yes Chris, your answer was perfect. I'm sorry I didn't notice the + sign just below the image.

I understood you were referring to the + signs next to locality and date.

Now I undertood how to do. Great!
