This collector is variously named Mrs H A Potter, R H Potter and W H Potter but http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/316187/ is clearly written (by Sherrin?) "W H Potter" (but no Potter appears in B & B). Potter's plants were all collected at Diss, Norfolk.
