Could it be that this is one of Bloxam's specimens on which Woods has marked evidence of his ownership?

I agree you may very likely be right. In addition, I've now seen a sheet with a letter seemingly written to the collector by Bloxam, but where it also could possibly be Bloxam who is the collector - can't now find it though!
