There are two sheets under H - Both appering as Dr H one collected in 1832 by Dr H but with no image http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/210715/
the second collected by H S Thompson in 1916 but recorded as ex herb of Dr H http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/281095/
I can't spot the reference to H on the HST specimen and as nearly 84 years later suspect must be error? Suggest unless I'm missing something the HST specimen should have H referrence removed.

I agree with you about the Thompson specimen. I distantly recall a couple of sheets referring to H or Dr H which at the time made me wonder 'Huxley?' - I can't now recall or trace them but seem to vaguely remember a Cambridge connection

Wasn't there a (professional?) collector in the 1830s/40s by name of Hutton?

This is a possible explanation for the 'Dr H' on the HST sheet: when the Documenter came to complete the ex herb field he typed 'H' (intending to insert 'HST'), the drop-down immediately provided 'Dr H' and he prematurely clicked it. Homer nods.
