The specimens have been differently determined but look similar; scabra and glabra are synonyms.

I think this may be a Linton collection. For one thing he was often in Edmondsham [was he living there, I wonder?] He seems also to have been specialising in Ulmus at the time.
Also, it seems that Ley was in Kew on 30/10/1909 Sad
