Looking at the handwriting in this label I would suspect one of the Gasters as collector, particularly I M Gaster (rather than SM Gaster). They quite often collected in north London - e.g. Golders Green - so my bet would be on the Totteridge 10km north of there near Barnet (OS TQ2494). There are records of their collecting in that village.
